Consultants on the Property Stylists Network (Landelijk Netwerk Verkoopstylisten® - LNV®) are governed by this disclaimer. By using this directory you must read, agree with and accept the disclaimer, expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may become a user of this website.
We may amend this disclaimer at any time by giving you notice by posting the amended disclaimer on this website. Any amended disclaimer will govern new user registrations from the date that it is posted on the website.
1. No part of this web site and its contents stylingconceptsgroup.nl, stylingconceptsgroup.be, landelijknetwerkverkoopstylisten.nl and hetlnv.nl may be reproduced without permission.
2. The Landelijk Netwerk Verkoopstylisten®, also known as the LNV® and the Property Stylists Network is an online directory of professionals. The purpose of the Network is to help customers find consultants and consultants find customers.
3. All the consultants listed in our Network Directory are independent practitioners and not employees of the network or of the Styling Concepts Group (SCG).
4. Neither Ingrid van der Aa nor SCG nor LNV® is directly responsible for any services or supplies contracted from the Consultants listed in the Network Directory.
5. SCG nor LNV® are working in the capacity of a trade body, contractor recruitment agency or in any other capacity other than that of advertising the services of professionals who have completed training by SCG and who have submitted sufficient evidence for approval by Ingrid van der Aa and SCG/LNV® to demonstrate their capability to carry out successful home staging projects.
6. The customer should satisfy themselves of the standards or services of the individual consultant before contracting their services.
7. SCG/LNV® are not responsible for any damages or claims between the consultants and customers (including punitive, consequential and incidental damages) of every kind or nature, suspected or unsuspected, known or unknown, and disclosed or undisclosed arising out or in any way connect with such disputes and dealings.
8. This disclaimer shall be governed in all respects by Dutch law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
